Bishop Michael Oulton's December 26, 2021 message:
The Regional Ministry of Leeds Anglican Ministries (LAM) has been faithfully led for the past 5 years by the Incumbent, the Venerable Nancy MacLeod and the Reverend Trish Miller, first serving as Curate and then as Priest Associate. Nancy and Trish bring a committed, faithful and creative approach to ordained leadership, very much built on team ministry. Together with the Reverend Canon Reg Gilbert they have provided LAM with strong clerical leadership.
Following discussions with Nancy and Trish and a proposal for the next evolution of team ministry in LAM, Nancy has submitted her resignation as Incumbent and Trish has resigned as Associate Priest, effective December 31, 2021. I have accepted both their resignations.
I am pleased to now appoint Reverend Trish Miller as the Incumbent and the Venerable Nancy MacLeod as Priest Associate, effective January 1, 2022. I have also re-appointed Nancy as Archdeacon of the St Lawrence as of that same date. By Canon, Archdeacons are deemed to have resigned when their appointment changes. In addition, I am pleased to re-appoint the Reverend Canon Reg Gilbert as Honorary Assistant.

LAUNCHED SEPTEMBER 1, 2016!
New regional ministry for Leeds Rear, Lansdowne Rear, Rideau and Kitley
Early in 2016, the Parishes of Leeds Rear, Lansdowne Rear, Rideau and Kitley, began a discussion on aligning their churches to the model commonly called a ‘cluster’ or ‘regional ministry’—where one clergy team serves multiple congregations, each with its own identity and vestry. The model also includes some shared programming, lay ministry, leadership and governance council to oversee the ministry operation.
